Our brain can play tricks on us....
WHAT IF I TOLD YOU THAT EVERYTHING you have ever known about yourself, everything you HAVE
believed TO BE TRUE about yourself, is potentially a lie?
This might seem a big proclamation to make, that is, until you understand the way your brain processes experiences, especially those with a high emotional charge.
As humans we go through life experiencing the good, the bad and the downright ugly and with each experience our brain searches our database of experience and knowledge, as it tries to create a sense of meaning around what has just happened.
Sometimes the sense of meaning that it creates and the stories that you will subsequently go onto tell throughout your life can become distorted, based on your view of the world at that moment in time and post event information that may come in at a later stage.
Mind Conditioning Therapy® disrupts the outdated patterns, unpicking stories and the sense of meaning you have created to allow you to construct something far more empowering, allowing you to process and heal from the past.
Mind Conditioning Therapy ®…
Utilising the power of Positive Psychology, self-compassion and the hindsight of time, MCT offers individuals a transformational modality to decode the human nature, behaviour & emotions that have kept them stuck in repeating patterns and gain the exponential growth they desire, without the sacrifice of health, wellbeing and happiness by positively reprogramming their memory, sense of meaning and the stories they have created.
This three step process not only takes them back in time via memory and stories, but also works with triggers and emotions that threaten to self-sabotage their transformation.
